Event: British Grand Prix - 2006

Brief:

• To supply identical vehicles to service the ground transport requirements of 90 VIP guests between their hotel and the circuit, including evening functions for three consecutive days.
• Vehicles could not be associated with competitors engine manufacturer.
• Vehicles and drivers to be uniformed.

Solution:

Eden sourced 15 identical six seat Silver Volkswagen Carravelle’s from our supplier (which were not in contradiction to the engine manufacturer). All vehicles were branded with the client’s logo and drivers were uniformed in branded shirts and wore black trousers and black shoes. A dedicated project supervisor was appointed to manage and centralize all communication between the client and drivers prior and during the event. All drivers were issued with two-way radios and the use of mobile phones; they were also issued with a full itinerary for the course of the event. The vehicles had chilled bottled water and daily newspapers available for passengers. Drivers and vehicles were available all day and evening. A full de-brief with the client was held after the event.
